EC1 Partners is a global headhunting firm with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We are rapidly expanding with have a current requirement for an Office Manager in our New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a global recruitment brand. This person will be based out of our downtown Manhattan office.


Responsibilities & Expectations:

·        Work closely with HR Manager based in London

·        Assist with development of current US healthcare benefits

·        Manage all contract recruitment administration

·        Support Managing Director in all administrative tasks

·        Create and schedule all team incentives and social events

·        Manage online filing systems

·        Develop and implement new administrative systems

·        Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment

·        Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs

·        Organize meetings withstaff

·        Oversee the recruitment of new staff

·        Manage social media for the US business


Required Skills:

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

·        Strong IT and typing skills

·        The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

·        Good team working skills

·        The ability to manage your own workload

·        Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
