We are working with a leading financial institution to support the hire of a FIX Client Services Manager.
We are looking for a Technical Client Services Manager who will be responsible for monitoring client orders within a trading environment. Being the 1st level support for traders as well as the 2nd level support, trouble shooting of system trading issues between EMS/ FIX and Exchange. The Analyst will overlook the client order flow, behavior and monitoring trade slippage along with onboarding and training new clients.
- Experience supporting electronic trading systems
- Ability to trouble shoot real-time Unix trading system environments
- Working knowledge of FIX and ability to perform FIX
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
