We have a very exciting opportunity to join an impressive and uniquely placed FinTech with ambitious growth plans for Asia. Having built a strong global business, raised impressive funding, this SaaS driven fintech has established itself as a leader in the fraud and payments marketplace.

They now seek to hire a highly motivated VP of APAC Sales who has a strong track record of leadership and sales growth to help this company enter new markets and reach their next level of growth.

What you will be doing

As their VP of APAC Sales, you will take responsibility for driving revenues, growth and sales across the region. The role will be hands on to begin with, despite having a team of circa 5 currently, so still needs someone with a hunter mentality to want to close deals and bring in revenue.

The role will evolve into a true sales management role as the team grows. You will be providing guidance, direction and strategy to your team.

What you bring

* You will have a strong leadership track record with considerable experience of building teams

* You will have significant experience deploying a high level of sales discipline to drive sales revenues.

* Given the speed they are growing, this will suit someone that can operate with a lot of moving parts –it isn’t a well-oiled machine yet.

* Experience in  Payments or ecommerce of particular interest.

* 10+ years experience inSaaS driven sales is preferred.

In return you will enjoy a very competitive remuneration package of $300,000 base double OTE and equity
