Our client is an exciting FinTech that has experienced ahigh degree of success in only a 6 year lifespan. Still small enough to benimble, with an excellent offering delivered via a SaaS solution, they are verywell placed and now looking to grow in APAC. They are looking to hire a goodsales executive in Hong Kong and Sydney to join the growing team in the region.
This is an amazing time to join this business as they buildout their presence in Asia, successful hires would be able to be instantlyrecognised internally/externally whilst having a huge amount of business tochase in the region. They are an interesting solutions provider that areexperiencing growing demand for its services and as a result is now looking togrow its presence in Hong Kong and Sydney. The main vein or focus around theiroffering is KYC and AML, their SaaS solution reduces costs, streamlines therelated processes here and saves clients time/money. The have built up a strongclient base in Europe and now turn their focus to this region. The main focusis now to target the regional tier 2 market (banks, consultancies, corporates,asset managers etc) This company is very well placed in terms of financialsupport and infrastructure. The current team in Asia is lean as they startfleshing out their hubs although they have a few staff in Australia, thesesales hires are newly created.
This would be a hard working yet fun and entrepreneurialbusiness, fast paced with high visibility both internally and externally. Asthe company grows, you will grow, which will present greater opportunities forsales and management down the line. Previous sales experience is also highlybeneficial, ideally gained within a KYC / Risk / Compliance space. The mostpressing part is proven sales track records and experience, coupled with thechance to work for a really interesting, dynamic and well placed FinTechbusiness. Strong client facing skills are imperative in this role.
