Sales Director - Buyside Solutions


Our client is a remarkable business that has provided the Global Asset Management market with a strong product offering for a number of years. They have an incredible reputation, client base and proposition. Having increased there product offering via a strategic acquisition, they now seek a Senior Sales hire in Asia to drive this business in the region. It's offering is applicable for Asset owners, to various funds and the institutional market in general. The offering is data driven although presented as a software solution in its entireity.

The role will be leading the revenue stream in APAC, although it will evolve into a bigger role in time the role is sales focussed on creating and driving revenue. This will be via new business and also into relationships that are already benefiting from using other products provided by the business. You will primarily be targeting buy-side clients, mainly Asset Management and Sovereign Wealth funds.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue from new/existing named accounts within Apac
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Build relationships with highly complex organizations to ensure deal closure
  • Drive complex sales cycles with C-Level executives
  • Build a strong business in the region as part of a successful organisation.
