They now seek to hire a lead and senior Sales Director to join their business in Singapore targeting the Oil & Gas Sector. The firm is highly successful, built across 8 global offices, highly profitable with an excellent balance sheet. They have a very high calibre of people and expectations around growth, therefore are looking for only exceptional people to join the business.
The type of sell involved here is very much solution led, deals can range around $10M and are enterprise led. This will suit someone with a strong and demonstrable track record in sales of enterprise or complex deals, ideally within the world of AI, Big Data or Machine Learning software. The target focus for this role is towards commodities with a particular focus on Oil and Gas firms/markets. You will have a strong network within Singapore or ASEAN amongst Oil and Gas firms, trading desks, producers and firms affiliated with this sector. This firms solution is industry agnostic, within O&G it can reach many areas and sub-sectors. If you have an understanding of AI, Big Data, Machine Learning or IOT yet haven’t sold it, however, can show an impressive sales track record of closure against target for complex deals within the O&G market, that is also of interest. You will need to have exceptional communication skills and be adept at working under pressure. There is some degree of Account management within ASEAN but driving new business is the main priority here.
