EC1 Partners is working closely with an International company who is a B2B SaaS provider for financial data and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager covering APAC. In your role as a sales manager your goal will be to help meet customer acquisition, revenue, and retention targets. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, ensuring strategy is in place in all sides of the sales process and ensuring information flows to and from your team to and from relevant departments of the company

The client applies a consultative sales approach and all team members must be highly adaptable and proficient in products to ensure we always pitch the most relevant product and Customer solution. Ensuring proficiency both on the product and sales strategy is within the realm of key responsibilities of the sales manager.

You will report to the global head of sales of a flat organization that encourage open discussions across locations, departments and teams.

What you will be doing

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing strategic accounts plans and ensure the company has a strong presence in your market
  • Managing recruiting, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales reps
  • Ensure cross-border accounts are handled well together with other sales teams and the customer success team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Help identify market trends and ensure there is knowledge about them across the company
  • Further grow and develop the sales organization with respect for the people and entrepreneurial culture
  • Actively identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Building strong and lasting client relationships
  • Growing the business in terms of clients, sales and revenue
  • Converting client expectations to client satisfaction

What you bring

The ideal candidate has management and sales experience from an international hyper growth solution / subscription sales environment, preferably servicing the financial sector. It is important that the candidate is an experienced sales profile that thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • International business development experience from a dynamic fast growing and expanding organization
  • Strong and deep understanding and experience within sales leadership
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline generation and sales
  • Strong at building relationships with key-buyers and decision-makers with both new and existing clients
  • Ambitious with high energy and drive
  • Great people- and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel to all offices and customer locations around the world
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Result oriented
