Due to continued demand and growth, despite the current climate - they are looking to make a strategic hire in Bangkok. This is a new role and the 1st sales hire into Thailand, the hire will sit remotely alongside a support/delivery colleague. Supported by around 300 other colleagues globally with deep technical expertise, this is a pivotal role to drive the brand, revenues and growth across this key market.
The ideal fit here is someone very experienced in enterprise software sales. Experience within middleware or database driven technology sales is preferred. Any experience or understanding around DLT or blockchain is highly beneficial (not a pre-requisite) equally any java understanding is helpful as this is what their platform is written in.
This is a solution sales person with experience at negotiating contracts, services, managing a process from inception to closure, someone smart, hands-on, money driven, entrepreneurial – you need to be well versed in large ticket sales.
The beauty of this solution and offering, it is industry agnostic, so someone with contacts across multiple industries or verticals is much preferred to a single market expert. You will need to be entrepreneurial in your approach, be hands-on and have a desire to make money, close deals.
This firm is going places, it needs the right and same mind-set in its staff to help it get there. They have some FSI clients in the region having won these before having any presence here so there are local case studies/clients to utilise. Fluency in English and Thai is required.
