Very exciting opportunity to join a 'one to watch' Fintech. Originating in the UK they are building their main hub out of Singapore. Our client is an open banking API, they in essence provide the infrastructure and plumbing for payment infrastructure whilst also improving regulatory compliance. Equity is on offer for the right profile.
Our client is a well funded and fast growing business. They have ambitious plans to build out across Asia, they are leading global open banking platform with a lot of their focus driven towards payments and card issuers. They have won numerous awards Fintech awards around innovation and top50 to watch.
They are now looking to hire a global head of sales to lead and drive revenues, growth and global sales. This is a cutting edge business with huge growth potential. They are in essence one API to a complete set of banking , payments, cards and compliance capabilities.
They have little in terms of sales team currently so this role will require someone hands on, you will be comfortably at high level selling, owning and setting a sales strategy, execution, hiring whilst owning the PnL. Given the size of the business and their appetite for growth, this still requires someone with a hunter mentality to want to close deals, bring in revenue - a player/manager type attitidue will work best here. You will be an entreprenuer, maybe with experience of working for a smaller firm before and be able to demonstrate team and revenue growth on a global basis in the past.
Someone with strong sales, sales leadership experience, clear examples of growing businesses successfully is required. Experience within FinTech is preferred, ideally affiliated with payments, knowledge of card issuers is ideal. Biggest aspect is mentatlity, drive, cultural fit.
