Enterprise Sales Manager - Payments

Up to $150k base OTE $250k

My Client is a leading provider of FX & international payments. They are regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore , they provide affordable and reliable cross-currency and same-currency payments across 200 countries. Our Client uses a global banking network and has access to over 150 currencies, and with great agility of a smaller independent firm, it delivers comprehensive service and payments without borders.

This role is based in the their Singapore office, it is currently occupied by an initial team of 8 people although they are aiming and expected to grow to 50 staff in the next 2 years. The current team supports customers with their foreign exchange needs, and existing clients in the region.

My client is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager:

  • Someone with experience in handling long sales process, consultative selling approach, big picture value proposition
  • Background in sales within banking, fx, ecommerce, payments, mobility/payroll, etc
  • Driven sales professional that can sell beyond price
  • Strong network both in Singapore and regional
  • Fresh approach to finding clients/opportunities
  • Ability to handle client objections and present solutions to key business issues
