It is a solution driven offering despite being SaaS enabled and touches upon Solutions/Data Analytics/Risk/Credit.
Our client is looking to hire a Sales Director based out of Singapore reporting to the CEO, you will be managing the sales effort in APAC, building the strategy, hiring the team, entering new markets. You will effectively be driving sales across the region, taking full ownership of the sales strategy, sales revenues, facing off to clients and closing new name revenue - this is player/manager position short-term. With that in mind, this is a growth business so the role may move into a pure sales management position in time although you will own the strategy and execution, whilst looking to expand and grow this team in the region. We require someone with strong sales management experience gained from within a financial vendor that ideally was solution led by nature, the deals are largest ticket and complex by nature. This will suit someone that is a visionary and can build up teams, instill passion and enthusiasm in an expanding sales team. Experience in sales management or Senior Sales within a financial software sales environment is a pre-requisite. Importantly, strong sales management experience both hands on and managerial is needed, someone well organised, structured that has good attention to detail. Anyone that can demonstrate a success in building, growing a sales team with well-honed client relationship and negotiation skills is critical, shared examples will be required. This is a business with a strong offering and ambitious growth plans, there is the possibility for equity/options for the right person.
