What you will be doing
- Responsibility for all commercial business units within the UK operation
- Management of up to 100 staff across telesales, account management, enterprise sales and more
- Responsibility for setting go-to-market strategy alongside the UK Managing Director
- P+L responsibility
What you bring
- Substantial experience managing large-scale, multi-dimensional sales teams
- Track-record of successfully developing teams to overachieve on sales quotas
- Entrepreneurial approach to sales development and scaling new territories
- Extensive experience in payments technology and merchant solutions
