Up to £110,000 + Commission + Benefits

Our client has a highly customisable solution for servicing and origination in the wholesale lending market. It makes extensive use of the latest technology, with an API-centric design and a micro-services architecture. The team are primarily responsible for European field sales, maximising the effectiveness of individual sales cases and ensuring that sales propositions are accurately targeted and diligently prepared.

There are two parts to the role. Firstly, you will present and explain the technology we use and why. This ranges from the detail of how it works and is implemented, though the functional benefits it brings to the business, and up to its place in strategic vision. This is a client facing role. You will be comfortable presenting technical concepts to senior people, establishing immediate credibility with opinion formers and decision makers. You will also be comfortable operating as part of a team working on large, often complex sales projects, with high capital values.

Secondly, you will put these advantages into practice, using your development skills to showcase the platform’s flexibility in meeting our prospects’ unique requirements during the sale. This is not a full-time development role, but you will have a strong technical background that includes hands on experience of workflow technologies, in particular BPM. Experience of Pega, IBM Workflow, Appian or Edorasware would be a big advantage. Familiarity with some or all of JavaScript, C#, microservice architectures and public cloud deployments will also be helpful.
