Our client is a leading Global provider of electronic trading platforms and post-trade solutions, cross-asset, with a focus on institutional clients. . They are now looking for someone to join their Client Services team in a Client Manager role, with a focus on OTC derivatives products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide daily assistance to subscribers on all issues relating to the service (via email, phone and in person)

• Trade data normalisation / handling

• Review reconciliation output, investigate and fix differences

• Ensure structured and effective delivery of service

• Promote comprehensive and more effective usage of the service

• Raise internal request for new functionalities and assist developers with requirements and UAT testing

• Assist sales in pre-sales process, meeting prospect clients, organising demos

• Client onboarding and testing

• Relationship management, including regular client calls and client visits onsite

• Run client trainings when needed via onsite visit or webinars

• Be a part of various internal and external projects

• Self-education about current and upcoming market regulations and other significant changes

• To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

SKILLS:

• Customer relationship skills

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• The ability to interpret trade data

• Ability to think outside the box and challenge existing status quo

• Proficiency in using text editors and advanced spreadsheet functions

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Ability to multitask

• German / Spanish / French speaker

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• The ability to understand complex process flows and concepts, as well as the ability to explain these accurately and concisely to our clients

• Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and understanding of the trade data fields of these instruments as well as awareness of the OTC Derivative trade processing lifecycle would be beneficial

• Basic understanding of market and credit risk management of OTC Derivatives, such as yield curves and valuation would be beneficial

• Basic understanding of database structures, as well as interrogation using SQL would also be beneficial
