Looking for a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative with 2-5 years experience who will responsible for prospecting clients, initiating solution cross-selling campaigns and profiling accounts in the current portfolio and a designated region.

Experience around areas such as financial services and software solutions is preferred.

The Candidate will be responsible for Identify new business opportunities, executing calling campaigns within existing client base. Review proposed campaigns in terms of targeted monetary outcome; estimated effort required and team capacity etc. The candidate should be able to identify customer needs and outline the right products to their needs. A successful candidate should manage customer expectations and effectively communicate change internally/externally. Proactively reach out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing and new relationships. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, have strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and or German essential.
